What we serve you differs depending on season and the foodstuffs of the day. Please savor taste of fresh sea food uploaded at nearby fishing ports, tender and juicy Shimane beef steak and "Izumo soba" (the buckwheat noodles of Izumo Province) which is a specialty of Izumo area. Especially, the Deluxe meal (includes "Nodoguro", high class fish caught in the Japan Sea and Shimane beef steak) is the most popular course of our inn. Please feel free to tell us if there is something you'd like to avoid at the time of the booking.

Hors d'oeuvre, Vinegared dish, Sashimi (sliced raw fish), Cooked at the table, Baked fish, Soba; buckwheat noodles, Boiled fish and vegetable, Boeuf, Soup, Rice, Fruits etc.

If you'd like to have various sea food of Shimane, this course is recommended. It is a standard kaiseki meal consists mainly of fresh sea food uploaded at nearby fishing ports and "Izumo soba".

Hors d'oeuvre, Vinegared dish, Sashimi (sliced raw fish), Steak, Baked fish, Boiled fish and vegetable, Soba; buckwheat noodles, Soup, Rice, Fruits etc.

It is a Japanese kaiseki meal consists mainly of a tender and juicy Shimane beef steak roasted on a ceramic board. The 100 gram steak is filling enough and please enjoy it with three different types of sauces. You can also have a dish made of fresh fish of the day.

Deluxe Dinner

[Menu] Japanese style / Deluxe
Hors d'oeuvre, Vinegared dish, Sashimi (sliced raw fish), Baked fish, Steak, Cooked at the table, Soba; buckwheat noodles, Boiled fish and vegetable, Soup, Rice, Fruits etc.

In this course, you can have both "Nodoguro", a high class fish called as a marbled tuna of white-fleshed fish and Shimane beef steak. Please enjoy a tender and juicy 100 gram Shimane beef steak roasted on a ceramic board and a dish made of fresh fish uploaded at nearby fishing ports of the day.
