As you can see from the name of this hotel, it started as a "chaya"　(a Japanese tea house), then changed into a Japanese restaurant and finally became a hotel. The dish they serve is an orthodox "Kaiseki meal" (Japanese dish). It is made from seasonal foods and has a delicate taste and adequate amount.
