Dinner | Wakusui

Dinner is a sukiyaki course meal. We will provide the ingredients and settings for the sukiyaki. You will be responsible for lighting the fire and serving the food. (For dinner, we will assist with setting up and cooking if you wish.) Free drinks are available.

Free drinks: canned beer, highball, and soft drinks such as oolong tea and Japanese tea are available. We also offer bottled beer, sake, lemon chuhai, and various types of wine for an additional fee.

This sukiyaki is made from the rare and famous Takamori Wagyu beef from Yamaguchi Prefecture. It has a fine texture and elegant sweetness. It is served with seasonal vegetables, so you can enjoy the meal simply by simmering it in a pot at any time.

Breakfast

Rice grown in spring water from the clear mountains of Yamaguchi Prefecture is cooked in an earthenware pot. To accompany the rice, carefully selected seasonal ingredients are served as asazuke (lightly pickled vegetables). Please enjoy this simple breakfast that makes the most of the natural charm of the ingredients.
