Fish from the Seto Inland Sea and seasonal vegetables will be the main ingredients and served on Bizen ware dishes. The texture of Bizen ware and the food are pleasing to the eye, so please take your time and enjoy your meal. We try to make food that tastes good to eat, not just looks good. In particular, sukiyaki conger eel and roasted Spanish mackerel are the specialties of the hotel.
