Meal
Every day we purchase fresh foodstuffs of the season which is mainly produced in Oita. Foodstuffs are carefully selected in consideration of good appearance, taste, texture and being mild and good for health. We place the most importance on making the most of natural flavor of each foodstuff and offering dishes such as ingenious one with an extra care and one with a simple and original taste

Breakfast
We try to serve local dishes such as "Ryukyu" and chicken tempura for breakfast as well as for dinner. 2Ryukyu" is the local traditional food of Oita Prefecture and made from a sliced raw fish of Bungo Suido(the channel between Kyushu and Shikoku Islands) maintained in the sauce.
