The dishes are homemade down to the smallest detail, including rice, condiments and tsukudani (food boiled in soy sauce), making the most of the delicious ingredients. And we are committed to local production for local consumption. We offer a selection of local sake from Yoshino, koji amazake for dessert, soy sauce made in Imai-Cho, Kashihara City, which still retains its Edo period townscape, handmade tofu and local eggs produced in the Yoshinoyama area, and other ingredients with a story to tell.
*Vegetarian food cannot be prepared. Please understand this in advance.
