Wild-caught fishes are purchased from local fisherman, and turban shell and other seafood are bought at Oshimamiyajikubo to serve fresh. Vegetables for side dishes are home-grown. The dishes are lightly seasoned as the guests can enjoy their natural taste. The host and Okami would like the guests to finish all the dishes rather than finishing drinks. That is their joy.
