The host makes an effort to make the taste tender and the dishes include wild-caught local fish bought from fisherman at Oshimamiyakubo and doesn't use artificial seasonings. He also pays extra attention to serve dishes when they are at the best timing to eat. Enjoy fish in season; sea bream and black rockfish in spring, epinephelus akaara in summer, and flatfish, scorpion fish, cutlass fish in winter.
